I post last night, this submission for vektorika magazine #6 (beauty).
I tried now more one week ago for the deadline (the deadline was on 15th sat. 2005) but the email was down, apparently is now open.
But perhaps the submissions are closed. I don't know really...

Yeah i'm a bit lazy, and i recycled. :D but i saw this call for submissions too late (one more :) ) but i thought this illustration was good for this theme. :)
And now like you, i think that i prefer this one...

what was vectorized ?
everything was in vector :)
illustrator10, and i put separetely with photoshop (import) the chinese and background, because my first file was a bit heavy :) and difficile to "handle"/use...
